I had the one from LE which is a lot more expensive but seems to work better than this one, despite this one being higher in concentration.

For the last few years, I've been getting severe PMS that affects me both physically and mentally. I've tried the combined pill but I couldn't get past 6 days of taking it because it made me feel sick. I tried this twice and before I try a gentler one, I wanted to give this natural version a go, just in case estrogen dominance is a problem. The pot is only half full, hence I would have preferred a smaller pot for storage purposes and also to save on plastic.I'm now currently half way through my 10 days of PMS and unfortunately, I still have strong symptoms, although I would say that might be about a 30% reduction in some areas at a push. I'm still suffering with strong irritability and bad headaches to the point that I'm going to have to stop this and go back onto the pill, which I really didn't want to do. I'm sure this will work for some, but it didn't work for me.

I really like that they have used vegetarian capsules rather than cheap nasty gelatin ones. The product is marked as being vegan on the product page. You are getting 60 capsules and if you take the recommended serving of one capsule daily then they will last a couple of months. The councils themselves are of average size and easy enough to swallow. You get an expiry date of well over two years so plenty of time to use them. At almost £20 they are maybe not the cheapest but I am happy paying that little bit extra to get a product that is vegan and uses vegetarian capsules.

I was previously taking Adrenna calcium d glucarate but thought I'd save money by getting these as they claimed to be pure and are apparently the same strength per capsule as Adrenna per tablet (I maintained the equivalent dose of Adrenna by taking 2 of the Life Tropics capsules per day). Sadly, the horrendous symptoms I take this supplement for returned with Life Tropics as though I'm taking a placebo. I've ended up desperately ordering my previous brand on express delivery.

Also, Calcium D-Glurate is the calcium salt of D-Glucaric acid, that can be produced naturally in apples, oranges grapefruit and cruciferous vegetables.Frankly, they are easy to swallow capsules and I don’t have any aftertaste. Unfortunately. I don’t feel any changes after 3 weeks of taking these so I need to finish everything first and might go back to my old detox supplement.If it perfectly works for you, it is in a reasonable price and can be worth to consider.

I got a feeling that I have been totally cheated after buying this product. The description did not match with what I actually got in reality. Got a very weird smell while swallowing it. The flavour is awful too. Overall I won't think of buying it for the second time.

It had a weak effect, practically felt no difference. Personally wouldn't recommend.
