Great for caramel making and more!
I love using this for making caramels. I didn't realize that it was oven safe until recently. Once I realized that, I made Millionaires shortbread with it and avoided the mess that is trying to cut bars and breaking off all of the chocolate (IYKYK). It worked great! So it works really well for many things!
