Yes, but I will need many and probably need to hot glue them together to make a makeshift blanket

Q: I am trying to keep my dogs from running thorough a new flower bed. Is this strong enough? Largest dog is 120 pounds.

It’s strong enough to withstand the weight, but not entirely likely to deter the behavior. If my kittens don’t mind walking on it, I can’t image a running dog will be immediately impacted, though—over time—they may learn it’s not the most pleasant of experiences.

Q: Can this product be used as a cat deterrent on a glass top stove without marring the new surface?

This fits the entire top of my queen size bed. I imagine it could be cut down. I honestly don't see it scratching the surface of a stove. The foil side faces the ceiling
