On the whole this product seems to have had good ratings although some reviews highlight the product being difficult to use. This is not at all the case. I can only assume the bad reviews are due to user errors or unlucky customers.This is the first jet washer that I have ever used so I have nothing to compare it to, however, I am not able to fault it.It seems very well made. All the connections are solid and it looks like it will last a very long time, which is one of the key things you need with such an expensive product.It took no time at all to set up once I worked out that the trigger gun needed to be connected. It came with a long hose, although this was surplus to requirements as I was able to connect the washer directly to my existing long hose suing existing connectors. The power cable is also very long and coupled with the long hose connected to the trigger gun it stretches very far before you need to make use of an extension cable.The pressure washer comes with 5 different nozzles, which are quick and easy to interchange. Even my 3 year old son was able to change them easily. Each nozzle has a different power and concentration of jet. I used the patio brush on my patio, which was very effective at cleaning, making the job a lot quicker than just using the jet particularly for big patios.Most of the attachments tidy away in the jet washer but you will still need to store some of them elsewhere.As you can tellI am very pleased with the jet washer and I am looking forward to getting it out again to wash the car.

Have had Karchers it seems for ever but after the last three sprung body leaks I had enough so tried something new and this looked about right.Plus bits: Gotta say it's a great washer with metres of length on the standard reel mounted washer hose and if you add the extension too it goes for miles, I can get around my 28ft caravan for a full clean without having to move the washer with still loads of hose to spare. Electric cable is a good length too. Love the separate nozzle heads for various pressures which are held on the washer body, you will need to play around with them as we have a very low water pressure where we live so use the top pressure one without any worry but if you have a decent water pressure I would say play around with them before using in paintwork as this washer is very powerful.Not so plus bits: It's heavy ...very.. the wheels on it are very robust so its easy to pull around though but if you need to lift it to get out or put away be aware of the weight. Connections between hose and lance, these are screw in and not click fit and can be hard to put together the trick is to try and push the connector in first so you can get a start on the twist fitting, when you do though it tightens easily. Lastly make sure before you use it on your car etc the spray nozzle you have selected, which is push fit, is fully engaged, I had a couple come off as I didn't do it quite right and they shot off like bullets when I pulled the lance trigger so I always test first by aiming to the ground.All in all though I really like this washer had it a while now and more than happy with it

Coming from my 2nd k2 karcher which both broke i got sick of things going wrong and replacing parts.This is much much bigger and heavier but not too heavy to transport due to its well built wheels (plus its difficult to tip over). Used with the extension hose which is superb when the other car is over the road, saves moving cars about. Power seems very nice and much much better than the k2 which was actually fine for most jobs. I found it pretty straight forward to set up without the need for instructions to be fair. Pretty sure if you know anything basic about hose pipes you'll know how to set it up. Found the instructions ok too after I'd already set it up they did make sense, mybe they don't if you don't know what it's actually meaning.All in all so far so good and feels like i might be ok for a good few solid years.

Used the machine for the 1st time today and we are extremely pleased we changed from our usual Black/Yellow brand and this knocks spots off it without a doubt. Minimal instructions but follow the diagram and its clear enough. Good choice of equipment and the ease of swapping over the nozzles and being able to turn them to the right angle just makes it so much easier to use. The amount of hose you get means you set the machine up and you can reach anywhere you need to, we have a lot of surfaces to clean and we can reach all of them easily with metres to spare. The brass connections on the machine ooze build quality and the power this machine pumps out just means the job gets done in half the time of our previous machine. All in all a great purchase and happily recommend.
