Bought as gift for someone who loves to bake. It was a hit. Price is good.
Spiral binder. Opens flat or stands in book holder. Easy recipes for great desserts. Color pictures of finished product. I have many of these cookbooks and have loved them all.

Lovely book but another one not suitable for Australians.
See a similar review I posted. This book contains heaps of ingredients I cannot access in Australia. It would have been nice to see alternatives listed for other countries.
