The product is her to dried completely. However, the quality is very good.

Not what it says
First of all these are not freeze dried raspberries and neither are they bright red, like in the photo. These are sugar-sweetened and air dried shriveled raspberries which bear little resemblance to the real fruit. They taste like candied cranberries or like any candied fruit. I guess you could eat them but I am very disappointed at the quality and look of the fruit. The listing also mentions a desiccant inside the packet, but there was no desiccant.
