Exactly what I was looking for
These little brass tubes were exactly what I was looking for. I cut them into 1/2" pieces to use as wire crimp sleeves for a control line airplane. Such a better value than buying the little kits from a hobby store. I could not find anything like this at the big box hardware stores. e.g. Home Depot or Lowes

ARRIVED WITH BROWN SPOTS AND SURFACE SCRATCHES
Arrived starting to oxidize / brown spots. Also tubes are smooth but not finished brass. A lot of surface scratches.

Measurements are not accurate
I bought these to be used as bushings for a 3mm axle to fit inside a 4mm wheel axle opening. They would not fit on the 3mm axle, which was actually only 2.9mm, and were too loose inside the 4mm wheel axle opening. The ID measured 2.8mm which is too small, and the OD measured 3.9. = 1.1 total wall thickness or .55 mm

This is the perfect thing for replacing the pivot pins on the switch assembly of a Necchi Supernova sewing machine. Yeah, I know, that's an esoteric use, but when I can solve a weird problem with a tidbit delivered to my door for a few bucks, I call that a win.
