it fits in the bracket without any modification and hoes fit as well. Make sure you have long reach Pliers to remove and install the clamps because the location is hard to reach.

Works great keeps power steering fluid clean. Keeps out the rust and small debris makes power steering pump last a lot longer

This is a perfect addition to a truck getting a steering gear service. Installing this filter in the fluid return line can help prevent debris from destroying system components over time. Installing one of these is cheap insurance and a good idea.

Installed on my 2001 Accord EX V6.Honda's with the V6 in this time period are known for lunching automatic transmissions. Thankfully mine was rebuilt prior to my ownership, and it appears to have been done right because the transmission temp is very very seldom to get over 190*. However, all things considered I wanted to give it every benefit to prevent failures. This is very durable metal case design, and mimics the raybestos magnefine design.

Plumbed into 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ after fitting new hoses and Power Steering pump-filter has stainless steel body, bypass valve, magnet and good micron fine filtering specs. Hopefully stops any debris that maybe still left down in the steering box from the old blown pump, from getting to the new pump. Done about 250km's-so far all good.
