Liked the product but the long delivery period was not acceptable

UPDATE: My son was away for 7 weeks without his watch. Within a week of being back home with it, he once again had a broken watch. Instead of the piece on the side opposite the charger snapping off, the USB/charging side got stuck in the band and snapped off. This will be his 3rd watch in under a year so next time, I'll be ordering something different.UPDATE: I have since purchased another for my daughter who also loves it. I ran into an issue with the first one I purchased and reached out to the seller via Amazon. I got a very quick response and the seller replaced the device for me immediately. Definitely recommend.Bought this for my son a few days ago and the only time he's taken it off is to shower. Its really easy to set up and use. The watch size and display are the perfect size for him. He loves tracking his progress throughout the day, crushing his step count goals and charting his weekly progress on the app. Perfect watch for active kids!One thing to know before you buy is that the app only works on phones so it isn't compatible with his ipad.

It tracks steps ok, but vibrates every 30 seconds. Quite annoying.

Edit: I did get it to end up charging again not sure what we were doing wrong, but it is a good watch for the price. It is sensitive for the step counter, but having all the alarms is nice. Good watch for kids!It worked great for 2 months And now it will no longer charge. If it continued to work I'd say it was a good watch for the kids, but it stopped working so fast. It wasn't the best at tracking steps, it was very sensitive and definitely wasn't correct but it was good otherwise and having all the alarms was great, but unfortunately it sucked cause it won't charge anymore.

Almost immediately after my review posted customer service reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement which was very unexpected and greatly appreciated. It has already arrived and I am looking forward to wearing it just as soon as it is charged. Very happy with the size, I do not like big things, woke up this morning with it falling off my wrist. The end broke through the night. Was very happy with the product until now. Disappointed it didn't even make it for a year. I purchased at the end of September 2022.

Really liked this watch but it died a little over 6 months of minimal use and now has no charge at all. I only wore it for working out about hour a few times a week and now it’s dead.
