I was a "Good Trade"
Before reading this book, I have been known (as a Salesperson interacting with a Credit person/department) to place value on brightly worded emails, or even home-baked goods to affect a positive result. After reading THIS BOOK, I have a good understanding what my Credit person/people need to HELP ME. It truly is the "all I need to know, but was afraid to ask."Am going to buy another copy for my primary credit person, so we can share the same language!Thank you Thea for writing this, and particularly in the conversational and fun style.I will re-read, and do my best to become less of, in your words (One of my faves, Page 98) a "good trade"
