Nothing can beat… homemade ham
I doubt I will buy ham ever again. I’ve just had my first homemade delicious turkey and chicken with pistachio ham on breakfast. It takes almost no effort to cook, tastes amazing, with no unhealthy additives and many times cheaper than I’d have to pay in any shop. 100% worth the money

A peine reçu, déjà essayé. D'abord pour une recette de jambon de porc, puis pour une sorte de galantine de volaille. Un succès autant pour l'une que pour l'autre. Ce modèle fourni avec un récipient de cuisson est parfait. Toutefois le suivi de cuisson nécessite un thermomètre à pic qui n'est pas fourni, mais dont je disposais déjà pour les rôtis et tourtes au four... J'ai d'ailleurs aussi utilisé ce récipient de cuisson pour stériliser un seul bocal sans avoir à l'entourer de torchon....

Quité con bastante dificultad unas manchas que espero que no sean de óxido. Las instrucciones no vienen en español (Es obligatorio). Por lo demás bien.
