Sounds like a whispering chainsaw!
This is my 6th one of these "Happy Time/China Girl" motors and the first one that wasn't a 66 "80". I was always curious how a baby chinagirl ran, considering many of the 66"80" engines vibrate considerably and tend to have wrist pin bearing failures early on. This kit turned out to be a great deal, IMHO. The quality of these kits has improved considerably since the last time I built one in 2009. The castings are cleaner and the paint nicer to begin with. I replaced all the exterior studs with Loctite'd bolts, as I've had my fill of kit studs. Flush contact mount to frame, no rubber. Everything lined up well and the engine started immediately with 32:1 synthetic, 87 octane, full choke. This engine is tight, smooth and very quiet, sounds like a whispering chainsaw at idle! Of course this engine is less powerful than the 66 "80", but it does feel smoother. Seems to be jetted rich (lots of 4-stroking), but that's no surprise, as this same carb is used on the larger chinagirls. So far I'm very happy. Kits are cheaper and of higher quality than they used to be.Edit 2/14/2019: Still running strong! Engine has loosened up slightly after break-in, starts easy as ever but now it idles at 1300-1400 RPM, which is pretty good for one of these (usually ~2K RPM). Added a pic from build day that I forgot to upload. Thinking about upgrading the exhaust to an expansion chamber for better midrange power. I find myself riding this bike a lot as opposed to my 4-stroke shifter build.

works good, low maintenance
The media could not be loaded. had an 80cc engine on an older bike that had vibration issues so I sold it and got one of these and installed it to a modified Raleigh Talus 3.0.no vibration issues, reached a top speed of 40 with the stock gear and carb. other than the chain tensioner failing a few times, and the clutch part getting stuck(which was easily fixed with a bit of oil and a very light tap with a screwdriver to free it up) I upgraded to a 36 tooth sprocket and now I'm going 46mph! I highly recommend this over 80cc kits any day. as long as you use good two stroke oil with your gas it will satisfy your two stroke needs

Great buy!
For the price this is a great kit. Yes the quality of some parts is on the low end but you get everything you need to get rolling sown the street!Be prepared to strip some bolts and replace them. Be prepared to make some modifications, bend muffler, cut chain guard, add a spring to the chain pensioner etc. Unless you have been through this build process before dont expect to spend a couple hours on this and be cruising down the street. Expect 2-4 days spending a couple hours a day assembling/ modifying your bike as well as few trips to the hardware store. There are a lot of helpful videos on you tube to help with your build. I finished my bike after spending about 8 hours assembling and modifying parts. Its an awesome feeling when you take that first ride! Overall what can you expect for a little over $100?

Actually looked like it was dragged on the concrete
Engine and several other parts came scraped up and apeared to be used. Actually looked like it was dragged on the concrete. Instructions leave out important engine mounting details such as how you do not need to drill the frame to mount on a larger diameter tube because of the included mounting plate and Ubolt which are not even mentioned in the instructions. Make sure to watch a couple of YouTube videos and save a lot of time.

Terrible kit, decent engine
Putting together the kit was a nightmare. First the mounting bolts were bent. I had to replace those with some I found at the hardware store. Next all the screws and bolts they provide in the kit are made of the cheapest metal. They all strip very easily. I was trying to remove one and it didn't matter how careful it was. It was stuck in there and it stripped while I was trying to remove it. Luckily I have a bolt extraction kit and was able to remove the screw and replace it. Next pretty much everything except the engine and the carburetor had to be replaced. The throttle grip was made of cheap plastic and broke on my second ride. The gas tank was garbage. The lid they sent was defective and the petcock snapped off while I had fuel in the tank resulting in fuel spilling in my house. The clutch cable also snapped and the fuel line they send you hardens up fast and is not good at all. Oh and the magneto died as well. Basically I replaced every part Iglobalbuy sent me and I have a nice bike now. That's the only reason why I'm not giving them one star. If you want to build a bike, figure out what you need and buy all the parts either from a reputable company, or buy all the parts individually. You'll save money and pain.

Not a bad kit for a price $99
I was happy I only paid $100 that's why I'm in this 5 Stars expect is decent that's it It's low quality but it works Recommend putting some 2-stroke oil with a spark plug is down a piston-cylinder cuz it is bone dry Before you fire it up If you don't put down a oil down the cylinder you will scratch up your piston That's why Don't make the same. don't make the same mistakes I did I learn from the past I've been building since 2011 these two stroke engine kits

Not worth the money or struggle.
Not only did the product not come with either the clutch or throttle cable, but when I contacted the seller they instead blamed me. I was able to get it to run for a few minutes, but it has been exceedingly difficult to put on my bike using the instruction manual which is very vague. It is currently not working, and after the chain de-railed several times, it has warped my back tire. And despite what they said, it will not work with a road bike with curved handles unless you are willing to do some serious remodeling of the bike, or throttle and cable.
