Fire conditions canceled most fireworks in our area. Since we were hosting a 4th of July event I purchased these (and some other similar toys) to make the 4th fun. These copters are always a hit. But there are several things you need to consider with these:1) You must fold the wings as indicated or the copter won't spin. My daughter helped the kiddies fold them.2) You need to hold the launcher and copter correctly to get it to work. This takes showing the kids and some trial and error on their part.3) Some kids use them as projectiles and shoot them at other kids. That's potentially dangerous - so we keep an eye out for that and put the kybosh on it quickly.Once you've dealt with all of that - the kids have a ball. Granted it's a disposable toy, and probably won't last more than an evening or two. But that is fine with us.

Kids love them easy to use

Got these little LED light Air Toys for my grandsons for use during the 4th of July but they are fun to useanytime @ night where there is space. Fun little Led light Air Toys.

No instructions. Took three high school girls about 10 minutes to get them to launch reliably and 200ft would only happen on a low gravity planet (maybe the moon?). We made 30 feet on a good launch and actually twirling only so-so. I would have skip giving this to anyone < 8 years old due frustration risk when it didn't work easily. At about $1/each I can say that we got our money's worth, but not much above that. BE SURE TO TRY IT A FEW TIMES before just handing them out.

I bought Rocket Copters last year, and came to Amazon to find them way more expensive so bought this generic instead.I took comparison photos. The red, white, and blue is the real rocket copter, and the red rubber band launcher is what it comes with. The 24 pack of generic ones are the neon colors.On the very first launch our wings snapped on a couple. The launcher is so flimsy that it is not possible to attain the height that the rocket copters do. Although, they’re also not as sturdy, so even when using the rocket copter launcher, they don’t reach the same heights. although, the greatest problem in the flimsy launchers, is that you basically have to aim it towards the tip of your fingers in order to use it, and that doesn’t feel great when it grazes them.All this to say, if you’ve never used the original rocket copters, you might think these are fun. However, the wings breaking within the first couple launches make these something I can’t recommend at all. Our original rocket launchers continue working 100+ times. We never ended up having them break, we just wanted more as we’ve misplaced some of the launchers, which is what led me to this purchase.
