Most men will require large. Medium are just too tight and after a couple on months I’ve given up the ghost and ordered another pair.

Good quality of hand grips to do CrossFit. I was expecting them to be a bit bigger but they work fine.

I had been looking for some grips for a while and already use various Murgs products so I thought id give these a try. I have used these grips several times whilst training, they provide good grip and save my hands from getting destroyed! They are made out of durable, high-quality materials and have excellent resistance to wear and tear.I highly recommend!

I have gone through quite a few different grips, and the panther grips are the best by far! They grip to the bar extremely well, even while doing those high volume gymnastics sets. I didn’t even need to readjust the wrist strap! They are super comfortable to wear as well. I would definitely recommend these.

After using the grips in CrossFit for rig exercises 3x a week for 2 months I can honestly say these are a revelation! Still super comfy and as grippy as when first used. They still feel as good as new. Would recommend.

Wasn't aware of the brand previously but positive reviews and a big price difference made me give the grips without holes a chance. Great for comfort, grip, helped with ttb! Can't rate for durability just yet as only used them once however they seem good quality. Worth giving them a chance over other more expensive brands.

Not as grippy as others. Also its not cut well for the hand. Overly wide at the bottom and not at the top. The build quality it good but I was expecting better at £35.
