An absolute MUST for a cook!
This vinegar is unlike any I've ever had before: sweet, tangy, fresh and grapey. I stumbled upon it while searching Amazon for sherry vinegar to make my DuPuy lentil salad (French green lentils. They hold their shape.) I felt skeptical at first about trying the Greek vinegar, but being adventurous, gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did! The lentils, olives, red onion, preserved lemon, meyer lemon juice and zest, tomato, diced cucumber, green onions, sweet red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, zaatar spice, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt with that Greek vinegar in it to taste REALLY made it pop! My family asked me to make a second bowl of it a few days later, and I added a can of white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed. Garbanzo beans/chickpeas work well too! Get this vinegar!!!!

Subtle balance and not too sweet at all
This vinegar has an absolutely delicious and refined taste. Better than any balsamicos that I have tasted. Will buy this product again for sure.

Highly Recommend
