Honestly I would rate this honey 3, but there is nothing wrong with it. It's just that it has a different profile. It's not sweet, which is fine in itself, but its texture is just a little bit strange, more like caramel than honey.

Crazy Good!
This honey is crazy good. It has a completely unique caramel taste and is actually pearlescent. Freaky...not like any honey I have ever had. Better than Manuka and a third the price.Ordering more.
