Who Couldn't Use More Thyme?
If you have a sensitive palate, you will notice this has an herbaceous note and adds a slightly savory tinge to the sweet. If not, you will just like this honey that is rich in helping properties. I used it for a lemon thyme baklava I was playing around with. Yum!
