Fantastic on veggies, rice and sauces!
This aged black fermented vinegar is great!The flavor is mild, and gives rice, veggies, sauces a really nice taste.Be mindful that it does lower blood pressure, not enough to send to ER.It is great for vegan unmeats, can't beat the flavor. I enjoy 1 teaspoon added to rice and zucchini!It's a bargain for the process it takes to make it!

I did not know that it has wheat in it
I did not see in the product description where it listed wheat as one of the ingredients. Anyone with wheat allergy, should be aware of this product.
