This is a really great mild flavor tea. Great as a wind down and before bed

Only have used once, restful, but didn’t put me to sleep, but will continue to try it.

I liked the taste and I liked it more that it really relaxes you when it comes to bedtime. I prepare it an hour after dinner, I have it watching television and when I decide to go to bed I sleep very relaxed. I also feel that it helps me with digestion a bit. The only bad thing, that only 10 come in the box, but it's fine to try it and then buy a bigger package.

I was skeptical on this tea. Will it just calm me at night or will it actually put me to sleep.Well folks… I have sleeping issues and hardly sleep. But this tea made me tired almost instantly and kept me asleep throughout the night. The tea is a little strong with the lavender taste but it kinda grows on you throughout the cup. I give this a solid 4 stars out of 5 it made me tired and sleep.

It helps me relax so I can get a better night's sleep. Just wish the K-cup's came with one more K-cup pod in it for a full box.
