Will not work on 2013 Kia Sorento without factory tow package.
Seems to be quality workmanship and instructions. However, I could not find where in the details before purchasing this item that it requires your vehicle to have factory tow package installed for the connections. I was very excited to hook this up and am really disappointed that I have to shop some more for a substitute wiring harness.

Plug and Play
I was in a bind and needed the tow hitch harness for a cross country move, which was beginning less than 24 hours later. I received the harness the day after I ordered it, and it was ready to go as soon as I plugged it in to the existing wiring set up.The rest of the installation did not match up 100% to the tow hitch I had installed, but nothing a few zip ties wasn't able to assist with.

Fits my car and works as expected.
Plugs right in. Had a bit of trouble getting the wires down and forcing the box behind the bumper, but overall it took about 30 minutes to install.
