This is a superbly written book especially for PMP who are involved later involved in P3O governance.

Good material if you're into the presentation - repetitive - pedantic.

Great book. I'm using it for graduate school.

This is about the governance/oversight approaches for portfolio management, not the actual portfolio work itself. It is short on specifics, instead giving general points to consider or long lists of possible considerations. I get the point that each company is different, but this doesn’t give much help in figuring out how to put in place governance appropriate to your company.
