I absolutely love this popsocket alternative… I love that it is not a permanent attachment to my phone. The adhesion is steady and has never fallen off. The only problem I’ve had over the past 6-7 months is that the smaller circle or the “head” fell off once framing it unusable. With a very small amount of superglue I was able to put it back on and have had no issues since. This part seems to be the only design flaw is that is the weakest point in the design. Highly recommend for those of us who do not want a permanent item on our phone.

I bought a brand new Alpine green iPhone 13 with a clear case so the color would show. The only problem is that the case is slippery. I dropped it several times the first few days. The Apple representative said the case would accommodate a magnetic grip yet Apple did not carry the product nor did Walmart or Target. I searched Amazon and found this product, TechMatte MagGrip Magnetic Phone Holder Stand. It works great! The magnet sticks to the case. It folds fairly flat to you can easily slip into your pocket. Pull on it so that you can grip the phone. Note: If you are carrying your phone using this grip it is possible to knock the phone off. That happened to me. I was carrying my phone in one plus carry a basket of laundry. The phone came off the grip when I happened to hit the phone on the bannister. That is really not a problem if you are aware that it can happen. I would definitely buy this again.

You have to be extra careful not to bump anything. My phone has been dropped several times a day because the strength of magnetic portion is not as strong as it should be for an expensive phone.

I’ve bought four of these MagSafe sockets.The first time, in late 2021, I bought 3, and were of good quality, though the socket top was partially broken after a few months. The second time, early 2022 - just about a month back, the socket top fell apart within a week. Currently, I am using the first one that partially broke, as the new one is unusable.The difference between the two are the way the socket top is secured. The first one has 4 clips that secure the top to the inside of the base. The second one used adhesive to cover the outside of the base.The MagSafe attachment is perfect. Just the right amount of hold without being too difficult to remove.The design of the product is very useful and versatile. However, the durability makes this hard to recommend.
