Is 3/4" the inner or outer diameter ?

It’s a 3/4” std pipe thread. Male end fits 3/4” female and female thread fits 3/4” standard iron pipe thread. I don’t know the actual diameter of either. I just make sure to buy 3/4”.

does the above kit contain whats in the picture or what is called out in the product features

go by the product features. I know some of the stock photos from dormont show different on occasion
