Schlage B60 N CEN 626 Deadbolt with Century Trim, Keyed 1 Side, Highest Residential Security, Satin Chrome

I bought this deadbolt as a replacement for a $300+ smart lock that I had been using for a couple years. My mother simply could never get the hang of the smart lock, and my wife has an aversion to technology. I broke down and reverted back to the dark ages with a simple deadbolt. This one has been working great! The installation was quick and easy. My toddler was even able to help. The deadbolt is well-made and pairs well with the squared-looking handles that Schlage sells. The lock is a little one the pricey side, but it does appear to be high-quality. If you want a simple, well-made deadbolt, this one is a great choice!

This deadbolt was so easy to install and the outside trim piece can be turned to run vertical or horizontal around deadbolt to fit your desired look!

Perfect for my new front door and well worth the extra cost vs a regular schlage deadbolt. I love it. It has only been in for a couple of months but the issues I was worried about were:1-Finish - Will the keyhole start showing scratches - it has NONE yet, with two young guys living here and regular use.2-Screws - Will the screws hold tight so the squares stay straight - yes, it does. I have had some where through regular use the screws come loose along with the deadbolt. I made it sufficiently tight and it seems to be staying.3-Throw - Will the bolt go all the way without stopping against the wood in the door frame so I don't have to drill more - yes. Works perfectly4-Fit - Will everything fit in a brand new prehung door without modification - Sort of... See belowNow, the only issue I have with Schlage deadbolts is that they are intended to be installed with their high security plate behind the decorative plate that goes in your door frame. If you are replacing a Kwikset deadbolt you can use the old plate if you wish, understanding that the grade of security is not as high, but going this route saved me from having to chisel out for the larger plate. If you want to use the supplied stuff and do it as the mfr intends, you will probably need a small chisel to make the hole in your door frame a little larger for the bigger plate.All in all I love the Century collection. Schlage makes nice, durable products that are dependable for as long as you own it. I have never had an issue with a Schlage product.

Great looking lock at a great price, The satin nickel matches the Schlage deadbolt. The trim square around the lever really help this door handle stand out, i've already gotten a few compliment on it. It was very easy to re-key to match my other Schlage locks just watch the video online and it takes about 5 mins  Prime-Line Products E 2402 Schlage Type C Re-Keying Kit, 5 Pin .This is a Level 1 security deadbolt, making it tough to pick the lock, and very tough to kick the door in. This deadbolt will not be the weakest link in your doors security.Install was a breeze, came with all the hardware including strikeplates, screws, and keys. Install time under 5mins and you only need a Phillips head screwdriver.Pros: Great looking deadbolt, easy to install, and easy to re-key, I have recommended Schlage handles and locks to friends.

We looked at several different locks of this type and this brand was rated the best. It was a little more expensive that the others, but I think we made a good choice. It was easy to install, set and up and easy to use. You hook it up to your wi fi and you receive locked/unlocked status updates. It is easy to set up your code. Every household member can have their own code or you can even use it for temporary entry if you have guests or service people needing access.

Satin nickel is beautiful. Very solid and great design.

I bought this lock to increase the security of my garage entry door after a break-in. This lock feels strong and looks great. My garage feels much more secure and the installation was simple.
