Did not work, I could not be heard.

Not compatible with Mitel 5330 phones.
These may work fine with some phones (hence the three-star rating), but they DO NOT work with Mitel 5330 phones (which are explicitly listed as being compatible with these cords.) We have done extensive testing with 5 separate cords. Our people can hear the other party, but the other party cannot hear our people - IOW, the headset microphone is disabled with these cords.
