i got that item, but it slides well into seat pedestal, but how i can attach to the seat??

If your boat has a flat bench-seat, you can use flat-head, countersunk machine screws to bolt the seat bracket to that bench seat. You will need five-5/16” machine screws (bolts) with flat, countersunk heads that are long enough to go through the seat bracket and the bench seat, plus one extra inch, or so. You will also need five sets of 5/16” fender washers, lock washers, and hex nuts.
1) Center the seat bracket on the bench seat, and determine where to drill the holes that will fasten them together (Stay an inch or so away from the edges of the bench seat.). 
2) Use two C-clamps to hold the parts together. 
3) Drill at least five, 5/16" holes (four near the corners, and one at the center) through the seat bracket and the bench seat. Remove the C-clamps.
4) Temporarily fasten the parts together with the 5/16” machine screws (bolts), using hex nuts screwed onto them from the bottom.
5) Slide the "foot" of the seat into the seat bracket, and determine whether the foot is stopped by the screw heads. 
6) If the foot IS stopped by the screw heads, remove the screws, and use a counter-sink bit in an electric drill to remove a small amount of metal from the top edge of each hole. Try the slide test again. Continue the drill & test process until the seat foot passes over all the screw heads and locks into the seat bracket.
7) Remove the hex nuts, and leave one of the machine screws in place. Push a fender washer, a lock washer, and a hex nut onto that protruding machine screw at the bottom of the bench seat. Do not tighten it yet. Install the other four screw sets in the same way. When all the parts are assembled, tighten the hex nuts until the lock washers are flattened.
Final tip: If one of the seat brackets is going to be near the front of the boat, fashion a full- sized, wedge-shaped, wooden shim that will go between the seat bracket and the bench seat. The idea is to tilt the seat backward about 10-degrees from vertical. Your passengers will feel safer in that seat if they are tilted slightly backward.
