But a few times when it was really nice out and the grass was dry, we set this up outside in our yard under a canopy. The cardboard is holding up well. The cardboard is very very sturdy. The colors are vibrant, our toddler LOVES pointing out the animals and naming them. She also likes to put a blanket over the slide and hide under it as a fort. It is so easy to fold and store when not in use. The area beneath the slide also doubles as a fort, place to play, etc. A year after frequent use, the cardboard is weakened at the top creases and a step but still usable. No tearing or fading on the colors. And that's with a toddler who has not been careful with the slide lol it has taken a beating.
