I would have given it a ZERO if I could
I use many Life Extension products. I can't tell you if this one works, but I can tell you I choked on the size and shape of the pill regularly. It kept getting caught in my throat. I had to take a large volume of water to get it down my throat. Several times I raced to get a glass of water as I was choking on it. Swallowing it was a consistent problem. I never had that problem before with a pill. I finally threw it out. Has anyone else found this a problem?

its fine but
taking this for hot flashes and it reduced them to once/day, but for effectiveness and price, I've found another brand works better, maybe because it's meant to be taken one tab 3x/day so more spread throughout the day
