Just received this item, i purchased the 100ft (2 rolls of 50ft) to use them under my couch. They do feel a bit flimsy, but if you handle with care they work great. love that it’s able to be cut, very easy to install, and all lights work great. Colors are vibrant and bright.Cons: there is only one power adapter, so if you plan on using the two rolls in different areas, you will have to purchase a separate adapter. The white is a bright daylight white, and i have not yet figured out if there’s a way to make it a warm whiteOverall: would definitely buy again, great price and good quality

We bought these to string all over my nine-year-old son's closet, which previously had no lighting in it at all, in spite of the fact the it is of the walk-in variety. These lights are fairly bright, are attached to a very thin and flexible ribbon, and adhere well to the walls and shelves on which we hung them. They're also very easy to set up and work flawlessly with the Kasa Home app and with our Amazon Smart Speakers. We will definitely be purchasing more of these when we build my son's loft bed. We plan to line the bottom of the bed with them to light up the play and work area below. We're looking forward to the project, in part because these lights work so well.

Edit: seller reached out within 24hrs of my post. They offered a full refund or replacement. Since I’ve seen other great posts, and my daughter living the lights, I requested a replacement. It was the easiest and fastest process I’ve ever dealt with for any kind of replacement. The replacement was in the mail the very next day. So far so good.Bought these lights as Christmas present for my daughter in 2022. She had a few issues with parts of the light strip turning different colors, but didn’t feel it was a huge deal. It’s now October 2023 and the lights don’t even work. At first we thought it was the remote so we downloaded the app. We realized it wasn’t the remote after all. You can see the lights are very dim in the dark. I’ve tried everything and it appears they are just broken. I would have given this a 5 star when we first got them. Very easy to install and use. I give 1 star because we did enjoy them while they lasted, but they didn’t even last a full year.

The colours are really nice on these strips, very bright and customisable, I've had strips before that only had a few options or just weren't very good in general so that's nice. Big downside though is that the adhesive seems to really suck. Followed the instructions to clean the wall and let it dry and within a few hours the strips already were peeling away from the wall, mostly starting at the corners. This could partly be down to the walls having a bit of a bumpy texture, but a different light strip I had before was stuck so good onto the wall that it peeled paint off when I took it down, so I think that the adhesive in these is just weak. I've taken some scotch tape and put that on the wall, then stapled the tape to the wall to help keep it up. So just as a heads up, I know some people said the adhesive is really good but there's a chance you're gonna have the strips start peeling from the walls, so watch out for that. I do still really like the lights though so I'm just gonna hope the tape and staple method keeps them up well enough.

UPDATE: the company reached out and sent us a new box of led lights! I appreciate them going above and beyond to rectify the issue!!8 months later and parts of the strip no longer work (all connections were checked). Also, can change the color anymore. Only purple or pink are the options, even when trying other colors. As you can see in the photo, part of the strip is purple and then further down it is green. Also with the strips next to each other, you can see one is lit and the other is no longer.

I love everything about them lights. They shine really really good. Definitely recommend them. I will be buying it some more of them

I purchased these for my daughter for Xmas. While installing the ribbon is so thin that you have to be super careful not to kink, rip or tear it otherwise the rest of the lights will not work. I put these all around her bedroom attaching them directly to the painted walls. Immediately 3 of the LEDs were not working like the others. A day after installing them they started to fall off the wall. The adhesive feels tacky enough but won't stick to a painted wall. The integration into Alexa is nice. The remote should be RF at this point. They are 3 LED lights so you won't get a true white light. I would not recommend these but you get what you pay for!

Purchased last September (2022) and the LEDs have started to malfunction now. None have gone out they just act up, they should all be blue in the picture. Pretty good for $20 imo just be aware. Also the remote is annoying and doesn't always respond so sometimes you press the power too many times and it goes into pairing mode and it will NOT stop flashing for awhile. I usually end up unplugging it completely for a day or so to make it stop. The app is great though I'd just use the app and ditch the remote. Not bad for $20
