I love the packaging but they make me feel nauseous.

If you supplement copper I recommend this one, it's been good for me.

I have had muscle aches from the left buttocks all the way down to the nerves in my left leg. Some call it sciatica but I don’t consent to that name. The problem has recently reoccurred and in spite of taking multi vitamins and minerals, the problem has got worse. The one thing I have not been taking is copper vitamins. Most of the over the counter ones are mainly chalk based with a sprinkling of copper sulphate. However, from my research, Copper Bisglycinate is a safer form of copper than the sulphate variety and copper aids your body to absorb other vitamins and minerals. I received this product yesterday and after a breakfast, I took 2 tablets (not recommended- daily dosage is 1 per day). The muscle aches appears less than it was but that might be in my imagination, but we will see how it goes.

Seem to help with my fibromyalgia pains

I take these with the zinc to balance them. A good price being in a resealable packet.more economical than a bottle.
