I like to have my cuffs preloaded
First impressions; this case is well built and fits my chain cuffs perfectly. I like to have my cuffs preloaded, which this does not allow, but aside from the garbage kydex holsters I haven't found one that will allow this functionality without making it difficult to remove the cuffs. One word of warning, however: the holster fits extremely tightly on my 1.25" belt, and I doubt that it would fit a 1.5" without a drastic amount of frustration. I prefer my duty items to be somewhat snug on my belt as my job requires concealment beneath clothing or a suit jacket, and I only own one gun belt that is larger than 1.25" so this is not a major issue for me. Though look at your own duty requirements and decide for yourself if this will work with your own setup.

snaps are snappy, sturdy
my belt is 1.75 inch. they will NOT slide into a 2.25 inch duty belt. very stiff initially, but after a day or so, they loosen up nicely. snaps are snappy meaning cuffs will remain secure once you hear the sound of the snap. sturdy construction. in my view they will last a while. great product. highly recommend.

Does not fit S&W 300s
I ended up not using it because it does not hold my S&W 300s well. From what it appears nearly all other cuffs work for the holster but not the 300s. I may use it later if I need to get new cuffs but for now its just sitting in the drawer. Aside from that just from getting feedback from others I know the holster is great and does seem to last a long time.

Won't fit actual police duty belt. See pics
THIS WILL NOT FIT A STANDARD DUTY BELT! It's a well made product but will only fit a regular belt! There is no way this would fit a standard police duty belt. There are no pictures showing the back so you wouldn't know. Please see the pics I provided.

Good case for plain clothes work
Good case. I've had the snap on style (Galco), which would pop loose sometimes. I went to a spring clip attachment style (Aker 'bikini' style case), which I loved... until the spring clip started to tear up my pants by the belt loop. I've also gone no case, but live in perpetual fear of depositing my cuffs in the toilet, so no thanks. This one slides on the belt, so no easy on/off, but if you use a belt slide holster of any kind it's the same deal. The leather seems a little less refined (kind of rough feeling on the back) than my other leather gear, but otherwise looks nice and is sturdy enough. A little lower profile than the Aker case, about the same as the Galco.

Does what it needs to
Does well - concern that it won’t always snap when the cuffs are in it, though. I’ve got some concerns that they’ll stay secured if they get roughed around.

Perfect fit!
Been looking for a cuff case for my regular belt sized forever since I started working in suits. Kept using duty holders on my regular belt and they all move around and are uncomfortable. This one is snug and works great. So happy.

Good Quality
I have other Gould & Goodrich products and this meets the same standard. The cuff case is tight and the snap in serious need of work to where it will be easy to use, but I already know that with some good wear the leather construction of this cuff case will loosen up and then last for years. If you need it for an extra set of cuffs on your belt this is a good case to get.
