There are so many things that I try and make my keys do.Sealed food cover remover. Mayonnaise tub inner sealed store topper too well glued on? A knife or something else might work, but I'd have to look for it, and my keys are in my pocket!Box and packing tape cutter. Again, you'd have to think where your SO or family member left the box cutter you bought and placed in a specific place in your toolset, or pegboard at the workbench. Keys are in pocket, lets violently make 10 passes in stead of one with the proper tool!So many other instances, either in your home with nearby solutions that for some reason aren't in their spot, or it is too hot to walk to the garage - out come the keys as a solution for poking, cutting, prying, and janangaling what you got to janagle.If you buy this and attach it, you don't have to train yourself. You'll simply wonder where the damn box cutter your kid had last is, and reach for your keys and find this cool tool!I recommend. By the way, the kid that never returned the box cutter to the appropriate peg board location was me. Dad was a former airplane mechanic and all his tools belonged somewhere and I caught hell for it and wasn't the best about putting it back. Hence one of many endearing names 'knucklead' (like on Archey Bunker showI think) when he got on my case. He is not around anymore, but I still think about it when I'm looking for my box cutter in my house now, and he was right.

Perfect tool for opening packs of consumables, I work at the airport restaurants and this makes my job easier when I have to stock up quickly. I pass threw TSA with this every morning and afternoon and have no issues. I have this tool installed in my KeySmart Tile pro which caused slight issue as the hole was to small and would only fit on one side.

I want to start my review by saying that Keyport's customer service is top notch. My first one got lost under the sleeve of the box it had shipped in (which caused me to believe it had not been delivered). Keyport shipped a new one to me immediately and were very understanding about all of it.Now, onto the tool itself. I slipped it onto my keyring, and it feels rather comfortable no matter which way I hold it. There's a bit of nuance at first to using it as a box cutter, but as I use it more, I expect it to become a bit more precise. The way the cutter is designed makes it nearly impossible to injure oneself, so that's a good thing. I have yet to try it as a bottle opener (which is what most people appear to buy it for), but it seems like it will do well enough for that.On the one hand, you're spending roughly $1.20 per 'intended use case' of the tool. In my opinion, being able to carry three separate wrenches in one makes it worth it. Being able to carry a decent sized flathead screwdriver makes it worth it. It's better to have something and not need it than to need something and not have it. While I intend to purchase a more advanced multitool in the future, that's not something I want to have to carry with me all the time. This is always going to be with my keys, so it's a lot more convenient.

I got one of these for my husband and myself. Since receiving it last week, I've used it many times daily. The box opening blade is just enough blade to open those Amazon boxes, or to break boxes down for recycling. I haven't used the wrench feature yet, but did use the pretty blade and the ruler, both are handy.I would recommend this as an addition to anyone's keychain.

Tiny! 5/8 x 3/32 x 2 7/8. Sturdy! Bright finish. Three most common inch size nuts-bolts. A way to cut twine or cord. A bottle opener. Two inch ruler. A very small pry bar. And an edge that might serve as a slotted screw driver and fits a Phillips too. My Gerber Shard has a few more additional features and rounds out my EDC key ring tool set.The bottle opener is positioned so that it is difficult to operate. After a short struggle the cap will come off. Designed to be used with another product on offer.

Disappointing so far. It's difficult to open bottles with it. Can't get decent leverage with it. Difficult to use as a box cutter. Haven't tried cutting cord with it yet. It's sturdy and well made and the ruler is nice. Since we can't carry pocket knives on airplanes anymore this will do until I can find a better tool. I'm using as a standalone tool on my key change and not with one of MOCA's holders, so it may work better with one of those. I didn't have any problem with TSA with it when I flew with it, but TSA agents can be arbitrary. I had a different keychain tool confiscated after I'd flown with it a dozen times that was TSA friendly. It wasn't expensive so I replaced it and no longer fly with it.

This is the best tool for pocket use. I work in a pastry kitchen and while I normally beat the side of the box until the cardboard bends and separates from the tape, sometimes the boxes are super thick and stronger. I wanted a pocket-sized box cutter, which there are plenty on Amazon. However, I came across this tool and thought it was amazing. The curved blade is sharp enough to cut through the tape, and some flimsy cardboard and plastic; it also comes with several other tools that may or may not ever come in handy for me. I felt this item was the safest choice for a pocket-sized box cutter. It's thick and durable looking, so I am certain I will have this item for years to come.

I was thinking that this could work for me. What I really want is a bottle opener, screwdriver, box cutter, and letter opener (yeah, i still get mail). Bottle opener is fine. I'm used to having it on the short end. This really is made for the Keyport, so it is correctly placed. As a screwdriver, I do see what others say about it being too wide. Still workable. I thought the belt cutter would do well as a box opener, but it doesn't . The screwdriver is just fine as box opener. As a letter opener, not so good. I was hoping the belt cutter again could do this, but it's not good. It is well built and is a great size. Using the ThorKey on my keychain right now.

I use the tool mainly as a bottle opener when im overseas and the cutter for emergency (loose thread etc). Bottle opener could be better as it required more leverage and some getting used to before smooth operation but nonetheless, im happy with the product

Showed up on time and as described. Use it a couple of times a week for opening boxes, tightening a bolt, etc.Fits right in on the keychain.
