RICHER, WISER, HAPPIER: HOW THE WORLD’S GREATEST INVESTORS WIN IN MARKETS AND LIFE

Good Book
This is a really well written book and profiles quite a number of great investors including Mohnish Pabrai, Sir John Templeton, Nick Sleep, Joel Greenblatt etc. I have read only a couple of chapters including the one on Sir John Templeton. The coverage about Nick Sleep and Zakharia is great as very little information is available about them elsewhere. The quality of print is about average. It would have been a good idea to include at least one picture of the investor being profiled in each chapter. Overall a good book to read and learn about their habits and thinking.

Fantastic Book
It really makes you think about the habits, mindset and routines you have in place to succeed in your Investing career .. it will urge you to step back for a moment and think about how you think and how you act on daily basis .. it could make you see the bigger picture and the beauty of purpose that drives one in his profession .. It’s a fabulous read and I will reread it soon to ground myself in these thought processes .. highly recommend 👌🏼

Best book on the topic of investing I’ve read so far.
So much used to get products delivered within a day or two, I was furious that Amazon took nearly a month’s time in delivering this book. And so, before I could lay my hands on it I had decided to return it the day it arrives. But… I’m so glad I didn’t. It’s one gem of a book on psychology of investing. Author has interviewed a number of highly successful investors and it’s such a nice result of all those interviews. How these investors built these fortunes, what were their guiding principles. Too good.

It doesn't have to be this long
This book should be skimmed down to 100 pages or fewer. The author writes many unnecessary things such as the design of a shirt, the colour of a jacket, where did that guy build his house, childhood stories, etc. Seriously? It's annoying me.Because he wrote too much, you will forget the idea of the whole chapter immediately. I have a feeling that this book is way too focused on the stories of these investors, their strategies are way too old and the ideas in this book can be found on Google.Remember folks, the stories in this book should be considered as outliers. It's survivorship bias. Don't expect to become a better investor after reading this book. Your life and theirs are not the same.

Exceptional book
Exceptional book, great read. Disappointed that few pages were torn, by the time had seen it was already past 15 days and hence couldn't send for return.

Must read for anyone who has anything to do with investing
William Green through this book is offering you a tool box that aggregates learnings from one of the best or interesting investors of our time. It offers tremendous breadth of perspectives. One could go and build on those by researching on specific individuals or their style of investing but the book does an amazing job of exposing you to an array of ideas around how to look at money, investing and life in context of wealth. Must read!

THIS BOOK IS INSANELY GOOD
From the introduction, you immediately get sucked in to the minds of the greatest investors to ever play the game... You learn how simple their investing strategies really are and understand that all it takes is discipline to stick with these strategies, the courage to go against the herd and mental stability in the midst of slander! The author made this an easy read without the typical technical mumbo jumbo you find in other investing books... I don't think you will be disappointed with this purchase...

Fantastic read
One of the best books on investing I have read. Using the wisdom of so many great investors this guides you through their thinking and principles. A book full if lightbulb moments for me that I can practically apply to my investment decisions. The section at the end giving the source of his writing is invaluable for ideas on future reads. One I am sure I will read again and again.

Welll worth the price
This book is cheaper than it should be. We'll worth the price for those wanting an extra dimension to the otherwise dry texts on succesful investors. Thought provoking and very engaging.

Terrific insights from the world's best based on years of interviews, research & good relationships.
William interviewed 40+ of the world's best investors on multiple occasions for this book and did so over many, many years. And it shows. What comes across is that he quality spent time with these people, listened intently and distilled what makes them tick.In particular I enjoyed learning about Nick Sleep and Qais Zakaria for the first time but also can never get enough of Charlie Munger's wit and wisdom.
