Q: what heat temp is it rated to withstand (temperature)?

Our Silicone Mat can safely withstand temperatures up to 400F (200C). There is no problem placing hot pans, pots, and other hot objects on it! Extreme high temperatures may reduce the life expectancy and structural integrity of the product, it may also cause safety and health concerns. We do not recommend applying any direct heat to it such as, but not limited to fire, flames, hot plates, stovetops, or using it in the oven.

Q: can I use as a mat for my air fryer to keep my countertops clean?

I don't know how hot an air fryer gets on the bottom, but if it doesn't harm your countertop then the mat should work well.

Q: Can you put a 175lb slushy machine on it? Will it be level?

I believe it would hold a 175 pounds slashing machine. However, I returned this item because it wreaked of chemicals. Also, you might want to look carefully at the picture of this item for of this item. I believe it is meant to be washed under the sink to clean out to properly and thoroughly remove spills. Like they do in a bar environment for example. Seems to me you would want something that is smooth under a heavy slushy machine so you are able to easily wipe it down without having to lift the machine off of it every time it needs to be cleaned. This type of mat is designed to be lifted off the counter for easy cleaning in a sink. I mean to say, it would probably be nearly impossible to clean even as little as a 4 oz spill without removing whatever is on top of it.

Q: Can I place this inside the oven, on top of the shelf , to prevent pans to slide when I open the oven door?

I don’t think I would try that. Some of my hotter pans have left marks on it. Still a great thing to have in kitchen.
