I ordered 2 qty, each should have 6 pieces. That means I should recieve 12 pieces but I received only 7 pieces.

Very poor packaging and missing items
The quality is good but the packaging was so poor. I bought 2 packets and one of them was completely torn. There should be 12 pieces but there are only 10 in the packet. Highly disappointed. Bought it last minute so can't opt for return or exchange as well.
