Not worth buying a taptop which doesn't have any servicing post warenty . So it's only scrap even if there is a small issue in the laptop

Do not buy Microsoft Products.As they do not have proper after sales service. Where there is any problem they directly replace device with high charge (32.7k for Surface pro) and provide old repaired product (termed refurbished).If you use it with utter care then also in 2-3 years battery needs replacement for that too they charge such a high amount and provide you old used product in replacement where you are not sure of what is condition and can go off or stop working in next few months then its total waste.And they will convenient replace Battery for 5-6k and sell to other customer at 32.7k early huge amount of money by simply fooling customers on the name of after sales service.

Speakers stopped working within first week. Hours spent with drivers updates, firmware package, IT support, reset to factory settings (re-install windows 10) and online assisting. Mouse freezes on screen at random times for a few seconds. I am out of the country so i cannot return since i dont have the original box, plus it would cost an insane amount of money to even try to ship it. I need to work remotely so returning the laptop without a new item at hand isnt even an option for me at the moment. Terrible situation considering this is a $2,800 Microsoft product. Returning for a refund ASAP within 60 days +pen +case

Works great. High price point is not for everyone, but with 32GB RAM, GTX 1660 Ti, and WiFi 6 capability you can get a lot of mileage out of this.CUDA on WSL2 tested and works for this device.

I read that the operating system was Windows Pro 10 not the Windows Home version. The shipping product I received included Windows Home. I had to purchase the Pro edition separately. Please be prepared for the additional expense which for me wiped out the savings that Amazon afforded.Otherwise this product fits my workflow perfectly. Note that I also added the Surface Precision Mouse and the Surface Pen as well as the aforementioned Pro OS.
