Q: About the sound, is HD?.. great Bass? .. seems those don't have magnets.

Sound is pretty good quality for price, battery lasts all day. No magnets.

Q: are they compatible with iPhone 5?

All I know is it is compatible with the iPhone 6 and 8

Q: How long do these last? I've had several pairs of wireless earbuds that don't last more than a month.

I received mine Aug. 5, 2017. I can't really speak to their longevity yet. I use them daily at work and they last my 8 hour shift on a full charge.

These Braven Flye Sport bluetooth earbuds charge with any basic USB "Type C" cable. I believe it ships with a very short one that connects to laptop, tablet, or PC for charging.
