I had a different model before and used it to death, literally and fixed it with the new one! This solder station has it all and comes with everything you need out of the box so if you had nothing this is a awesome professional starter kit This is more pricey but the functions and features all in small compact design makes it cheaper and more practical than buying them seperate! Nice connections inside and out. Easy to use functions! Would highly Recommend!!

This set up is great. Learned how to SMD solder fairly quick using both this product and then a couple of gikfun soldering kits. Has plenty of tips, adjustable heat both in Fahrenheit, and Celsius. The rework gun is temperature adjustable as well. 5V USB, volt meter, flux puddle, heat stick caddy, and metallic wool. If you’re just getting into it you’re going to want to get some alligator clips and a visual aid. If you’ve got money to spend, go digital. If not, you can buy the whole set up for $60 plus the cost of this decked out station if you poke around.

Only has unit for a couple months, but running great and does everything I need. Helps minimize clutter on work bench, it’s “almost” everything needed in one box

Nice unit. Lots of features. Hopefully it lasts me forever. It’s kind of large, so be mindful of the dimensions, not necessarily a negative, but worth noting. I think the price was fair.

Works great and a good price

Using the DC it trips, it's been a year or so and it works occasionally. The picture I added shows solder red hot, but temp is at 32. I lowered it down to lowest 392 and still was too hot. Purchased due to all in one system & not worth what I spent for just hot air.
