Is this a good roller for textured paint?

Yes, I used it to roll on a combination of primer paint and sheetrock mud. 2/3 primer to 1/3 sheetrock mud.

What material is this product made of fabric or plastic?

Both. The cover is microfiber & the sleeve is some kind of plastic.

How long can this product be used, is it easy to be damaged by water?

Not sure what your question is but it will stand up for a good paint job. Water wise.... I think you're asking if it gets damaged cleaning after the fact. I washed one and it does loose its nap. For the price, it's easier just to toss after a job or I might wrap in plastic and store in the freezer if I plan on reusing in the next few weeks-months.

Will this work for drywall mud?

I haven't tried for mudding but it may work. I would get the 1/2" in place of the 3/8" nap for a better chance of it working. The price went up by 35-40% recently on these roller sleeves
