Had it for only a week and it failed to completely seal my items 3 times. Failing to seal completely would not have been that bad had I not been using it for Sous Vide where you vacuum seal your food and cook it in a water bath. So when the seal failed the leaky seal filled the food bag with water ruining the food. Also I had to forcibly push down the lid to get it to seal at all, something I only had to do with my old vacuum sealer after many years of use. Due to it not sealing completely I returned this after only 8 days of use.
