This is my 2nd or 3rd product from grinhealth and i was never disappointed. The reason i rated it 4 and not 5 star is only because the belt is a bit shorter and could have been longer to make it easy for anyone to weaf it without any help from anyone !Pros-1. The whole structure is of good quality and should stand the test of time2. It manages to pull your shoulders behind to take its natural position. You will be surprised the bad posture we take when we walk or sit.3. Design is quiet simple and can be carried along when travelling. Doesnt take a lot of space and it light4. Its adjustable and one size fits all. You pull the belts from both sides and stick using the velcro and thats it - worked for my spouse who is L size and me with XL size shirtCons-1. Wearing directly over your skin is not advisable since all the pulling of the shoulders behind means the belt strains the skin in the area of the armpits on both sides. So some under clothing particularly in the area of the armpits is needed. All shoulders braces including this have this problem.2. For a XL sized person like me, i found that the belt should have been a but longer not because its short after you wear it, but during the time, you put it on, the belt comes off the belt loop and then someone needs to help you to insert it in the loop so you can wear it - this is the only reason why i took off 1 star from this product. This problem will not be faced by anyone with size L or smaller size frame!
