ANWA Elevated Dog Bed Large Size, Raised Dog Bed Outdoor Use, Portable Dog Cot Large Dogs

We purchased this elevated bed to get our dog's bed and mat off the floor. During the winter it helps keep her warmer as she is off a cold floor, and in the summer it is cooler as her mat does not get sweaty on the floor.We got a large size for our shihtzu - she would have been fine in a medium but decided to give her a bigger platform so her mat can be on it as well.Assembly is bit of a chore so follow the instruction video and lay it all out first. The manual isnt super helpful - the video was much better.Once it is assembled it is light but sturdy and our dog is well supported on it. For reference, our shihtzu is 8kgs and 10yrs old. She has no issues getting on or off the bed either as it is not too high for her. We have had the bed for 3 months and have had no issues or slackening of the cover or cleaning of the bed (wiping down with damp cloth).

Once the bed is put together it is great value for money.... but don't be thinking you'll collapse it down and put it back together often because it is very tricky to assemble!! I bought it planning to do just this for ease in my campervan, but there is no way I'd do battle with it again - I'll find a way to store it as it is!!

You need the patience of a saint to assemble this dog bed!

My pup loves it ❤️ The pic was taken on a cooler day, hence the blanket. On a hot day I have put my hand underneath my pup and it is cool to touch. It's fab!! Was a little hard to put together on my own but everything comes at a cost!

This bed is a little tricky to build but once up feels sturdy. The only problem we’ve had so far is our lively lab sends it flying across the tiled floor when he leaps off it. We’ve purchased some walking stick rubber grips to put on the legs & this seems to have sorted this problem!

Good size easy to clean value for money

Good bed only problem is it has started to bend in the middle not sure if it’s the quality of the bed or if my dogs are just abit chunky…

I bought this at the end of December for my boy who is 48kg as it’s supposedly guaranteed for up to 63.5kg. It’s now early March so the bed has only been in use for just over two months and the cover is already coming apart along the seams so the bed is sagging in the middle and uncomfortable for my dog. It seems this item is not fit for purpose but I’m outside the return window so am now going to have to buy a new bed to keep my boy comfortable, expensive mistake to spend money on this poor quality product.
