SmartLabels - QR Code Labels for Storage, Organization, Moving & Inventory

Ok, these things are amazing! We are in a short term rental with most of our stuff in storage right now, and I am SO glad we used these when packing! It makes it so easy to find things when we discover we need something out of storage. We can locate exactly what box it’s in because of the search feature in the app! Anyone who has moved knows how frustrating it is when you need a specific item and don’t know what box it’s in. Because even in the best situations, unpacking takes time! Best things about these: - Easy to use - app makes everything super simple - Variety of color options makes it easy to color code, so you can quickly glance at boxes and find the right one. Also helps for getting boxes to the right room when unloading. - They have now added a reprint option so you can put labels on multiple sides of the box. This was initially a flaw, but they recently added this option and blank labels. I just ordered some so haven’t tried yet, but looks like it will be super simple. Will try to remember to come back and update this once I do. - Search feature - best part of the app! Catalog your boxes thoroughly (description, list of items, and pictures), and you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for easily. The app lets you put in as little or as much info as you want, but if you put in the effort up front it is 100% worth it. You can thank me later. 😉 - Last but not least, their customer service is top notch!! They listen and respond to feedback (reprint option), and are super prompt & helpful to respond! I reached out with an ordering question for their website because their blank labels aren’t on Amazon right now, and someone responded right away and got me fixed up even on a Saturday night! Tips: - Order more than you think you’ll need. Especially if you’re color coding, you don’t want to run out of a certain color when you need them. - Take the time to catalog thoroughly. List everything that’s in the box, and take pictures of the inside and the outside of the box. (Outside pics really help when searching for a specific box in a room full of boxes!) - Don’t be scared off by the “pro” subscription. We ended up needing it because our stuff is in storage longer than we originally thought, but it was only like $12-15/year. I can’t remember if it unlocked additional features or not, but it was worth every penny! I have shared these with friends and they are as in love with them as I am. They are the best moving hack ever.

I started using the labels immediately to organize several bins full of clothing and other items I'd been storing for years and was always looking through every bin when I needed something. It only took me about 45 minutes to organize and label all 7 bins. The only issue I encountered was when I wanted to move some items from a bin I had already labeled. I was able to do it, but had to change the bin it was assigned to in the app one item at a time. Would be nice to be able to check several items to recategorize all at once.

I absolutely love these QR labels! The labels themselves are high quality, stick well, and are thoughtfully designed. The app is incredibly easy to use, and being able to quickly inventory and find stored items has made organizing so much easier. What really sets this company apart, though, is their customer service. I recently had a pipe burst in my home while I was away, and all of my labels were ruined in the flood. I reached out just to see if I could get replacements, and they went above and beyond by sending me a new set at no charge. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days, and it meant a lot during a very stressful time. It’s refreshing to support a company that not only makes an excellent product but also genuinely cares about its customers. I couldn’t recommend SmartLabels more highly!

OK, I love this. As a collector of many things a lot of which are still in package many of which are out of package. This is great for organizing collections so you know what you have. The one issue I have with the app is I cannot scan a UPC. For items that are still in package. This would make the cataloging process of the container a lot easier. Other than that, this works as intended, and I would buy more. The labels are easy to find they are durable and high-quality.

I got this pack of 48 QR code stickers with the AI photo analysis app mostly to organize my Vine review products since they are literally taking over my house. The stickers are made in the USA and stick well to boxes and bins while the app lets you snap a photo and it auto creates descriptions so you do not have to type everything out. Quality is solid for label stickers the QR codes scan reliably and the 48 count gives enough for a decent number of containers without running out mid organize. Price felt fair for a system that actually cuts the labeling time instead of another pile of blank stickers that sit unused. I use them on the growing stacks of review items so I can scan and know what is inside without opening every box like some kind of storage archaeology dig. The AI is not perfect but it gets close enough that I spend less time writing and more time finding space. Not a full warehouse system but for taming the Vine chaos without extra holes in the walls or endless lists it helps keep the takeover under control. Practical little pack that fights the clutter. Color coding is nice, they are removable off the totes easily enough, or if you get a little adhesive left oil and baking soda (perfect adhesive removal recipe) and the size is easy to snap and scan easily. Excellent little QR coding system will definitely be buying more again.

Great concept and functional for stored items!

This makes unpacking so much easier. I know which boxes have the things I need immediately and which ones I can wait to open. This is the second time I’ve gotten these and I love them. I can’t recommend them enough, especially if you find moving hard.

Imagine moving out of your 5,000 ft² house to put all that stuff into two storage garages and then moving much of it to two condos over a 1-2 year process. I feared the absolute mess, chaos and lost items that the process was going to create, so my wife looked for a solution and found these labels and the app. I'm big on everything being organized - this app & labels worked magic! These pics show you the labels on boxes in one of the two garages where all of our boxes have ended up. I like being able to type in a keyword and the app tells me what box that item might be in. The labels seem to stick well and haven't faded or scratched. I already saw one update to the app where it's now using AI to scan the picture I take of the open box and to give me recommendations on what it thinks is in that box, has saved a lot of time in me typing what's actually in there because the app seems to be right about 80% of the time.

Great product! The QR Code Smart Labels are a fantastic storage and organization system addition. Installing the app to register the labels and products was easy, and the first year being free is a nice bonus. The color-coded scannable stickers make identifying items a breeze. Highly recommended!

What a great Idea! Ever had that moment where you thought 'I swear I used to have one of those, now where did I put it" Cut to thinking your remembered where you last stored it and rummaging through piles of storage boxes to eventually be defeated. Enter these little wonders... QR and Colour Coded Stickers for Storage Boxes/Tubs and Crates that link to a phone app, which allows you to catalogue items stored inside with descriptions and photos. You can give the Storage container a location as well. Then simply search in the app and if you have it stored it will tell you the Box number and location. You can also scan a sticker on the outside of the box and see whats stored inside. A Modern Marvel. Take My Money...

These are fantastic. I thought I was being clever by getting a thermal printer and using it to list the contents of my storage media. This is far superior. One QR code label for each box or drawer and then list and photograph the contents into the Smartlabels app. It is time consuming initially but then the search function within the app means being able to easily find that long unused tool or gadget. I'll be keeping my printer because that has multiple uses but I'm already on my second pack of Smart Labels.
