A very good product; but it wear off extremely quickly, making it more expensive than you think. Although it does level your skin clean without dryness, the bars of soap stick to each other making it a pain to pry apart. When the 4 bars initially arrived they were wrapped on plastic. I had to remove that in order to remove the first bar. When that wore off and I tried to get another the remaining 3 were so stuck to each other that I needed to use a steak knife to cut one away from the other 2. I don't understand why when they package them the company doesn't place some type of barrier between bars to prevent them from sticking together.

3 teenage boys and one dad are using this as face soap in our house. We really like the clean feeling it leaves, no residue or after smell. The boys think it does a better job of keeping their faces clear than the "face cleaners" they had been using. The bars are big, so I cut them in half (which was easy with a large kitchen knife.) Have been using for about a month now and have yet to put the other half of the bars out, so they seem to be long lasting the way we are using them. Will definitely reorder when the time comes.

This soap is a good quality charcoal soap. It leaves my skin squeaky clean and fresh. I really have noticed a difference in my skin complexion sense Ive been using it, my skin looks more even and healthy. The only reason I gave it 4 star is because I wish the individual bars were a little bigger.

This soap makes me feel really clean yet leaves my skin soft. The soap is not harsh at all. I love that the soap has no added perfumes. There really isn’t a scent to it. As one would expect, the lather is charcoal colored which isn’t a color that I associate with clean but there isn’t any charcoal residue to worry about.

I don't know how I feel about this. I haven't used long enough to see any results from the charcoal. I can't get passed the black lather or film it leaves. It's not a slight black tint. You look like you rolled in the mud and dirty. It does lather well and takes forever to rinse off. I get it's a black soap but I wasn't expecting it to be so dark.

He swears by charcoal soap after I got him convinced to try natural soaps. He said it cleared his skin up and he didn’t feel itchy after using it like he did with other soap. Also his skin didn’t get dry.We switched to the goat milk after this one because I really hated how this charcoal soap stained everything so easily. Shower curtain liner and tub always black. The goat milk soap doesn’t stain anything and does same job for us.

This soap is soft and it has a silky feeling to it. I primarily bought this soap for my preteen daughter who is getting acne and I see that her acne has slowed down a lot it almost looks as it's beginning to dry out . I do expect to continue to buy this soap it seems to be a wonderful product.

Great soap but after a few showers it turns into a sloppy mess like play dough.
