Q: what this product work for adults weighing 130pds?

This will help anyone that has to sit a lot. The trick is to not over inflate it. Don't make it to hard. Read the instructions!!! My wife died in March and up until that time she had tried several pads, cushions, donuts, but this is the only one that helped her feel better and healed her.

We got ours from a hospital and it started leaking 2 weeks later. We called the company and they replaced it. I use it all the time. Make sure you don't over inflate it.

No. I found it to be a waste of money. It was not comfortable and in no time at all it had a leak. Money down the drain.
