This will be going in the cupboard until my daughter is older. She reads at a 11 year old level but there are concepts in this book she would have no understanding of (and no explanations given), not to mention the inclusion of suicide, unwanted pregnancies, brothels etc. Yes those things exist but she doesn't need to read about it at 9.

Excellent read for my daughters of 9 years and 7 years.

My 8 year old niece loves it

Brilliant book. My 6 year old & I read about a different girl each night
