Can't fault them!
The bands are just great, I've been using them to help stretching and they are far more comfortable to use than the "pull-up assistance" style bands. They are super thin so you can wrap and twist them any way you want with ease. They feel nice and durable, and mine arrived in perfect condition, with no manufacturing flaws or blemishes. The carry bag is nice to have.I don't use the door hanger as I pull up bars I hang them over instead but it looks sturdy enough. Comes with an instruction booklet and a warranty card. There are some tutorial videos on their website if you need advice on how to use these bands.

Great kit, use anywhere.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Ordered these a week ago now as I found myself using resistance bands for a recurring shoulder injury and fancied something a bit more durable than the ones I was getting from the Physio. They are a decent length and have stood up to twice daily use with no discolouration indicating the material is stressed beyond what it should be. Happy with the thickness and they feel like a premium product. The best piece in this little kit is the addition of the door attachment loop thing. No idea what it's actually called. Basically it allows you to put the stopper on one side of the door and attach the band's to it on the other. Greatfor me as it means I don't have to re-tie the band's to objects constantly. I attach the current resistance required to the stopper, close the door and I'm good to go. Once done open the door, pack it away or take it to work with me and repeat. Love it.Why this one? Have to say I now actively search for the FitBeast brand. They make good quality bits of kit and when I need something new I check to see if they make it or not first!100% happy with the product, would recommend.

Ideal for recovery exercises, stretches, and exercising while travelling.
They were bigger than expected which is great and came in a perfectly sized carrying case to fit all 3 bands and door attachment making them ideal for travelling exercises. There were things that I noticed. 1) A couple of your pictures show a pink ball for rolling muscles, which is NOT included with the bands. 2) The bands show light/medium/heavy but do not have the actual weight equivalent on them which is noted in the booklet that comes with it. Apart from that, they are fantastic for stretching, whether it is improving the stretch with resistance or for recovery exercises. They can also be used with other exercises to add resistance, but the other resistance bands offered by FitBeast would be more ideal as a weight replacement. If you are looking for something cheap to begin improving your exercises at home or at the gym and want something portable that you can take to the gym or travelling with you then I would recommend these as they are ideal for a wide range of exercises.

Amazing addition to home gym
A set of resistance bands should be the first bit of kit you pick up for your home workouts. It’s tempting to opt for a heaving rack of free weights, a treadmill or exercise bike, but in terms of getting the most bang for your buck, you can’t do better than a set of resistance bands. The low price isn’t the only reason resistance bands are a useful purchase, either. They are portable and provide an effective way to get fitter in a variety of ways. You can use them for strength workouts that build larger muscles, for fast-paced high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that improve your cardiovascular fitness or even for mobility exercises to help with injury rehabilitation and to stretch out your bodyThis product is definitely one of the best additions to the workout home gym.

Best resistance bands
If you're short on space and budget when it comes to an at-home gym setup, investing in this set of resistance bands is a smart choice. They are a great option for strength training workouts thanks to the challenge they provide your muscles, which is different from using weights. The stretchy tools can be used for an entire full-body workout.Pick up a dumbbell and do a biceps curl, and really, you can only curl it in one direction. But bands let you curl in multiple directions, changing angles and challenging different stabilizing muscles, everything from abs to obliques to rotator cuff muscles (for which I use them, and I have improved so much, almost pain free)This type of bands came recommended by my physiotherapist and I'm happy with the results.Would recommend to anyone, especially with problems on the rotator cuff.

Simple, easy to use, perfect for usage anywhere!
These resistance bands are perfect for use, whether you're doing a home workout, at the Gym or wherever you may be, they come in a small bag for you to carry around to wherever you may need to take the bands. These bands do not lose their resistance after consistent use, some bands have a tendency to weaken once used quite a few times however these bands have kept their resistance and have remained effective. They are really well made and for the price, I don't think there are any better valued resistance bands out there! These are definitely worth buying and are simple to use for any one, whether you are just getting into fitness or have been doing it for many years, these bands making working out simple, easy and affordable!

Easy to use and transport. They have found a place in my gym bag
So far so good. I took the bands on a recent business trip as I wanted to be able to keep a level of exercise going while I'm away from the gym. They worked great and got me doing more mobility work which I've continued with since getting home. The quality is great and the accompanying booklet listing exercises was certainly a huge help compared to me trying to invent an exercise and ending up getting shaped with a band.
