Crowood Press (UK) Classic Motorcycle Restoration and Maintenance

Currently in the process of rebuilding a 1940 Francis-Barnett (British Vintage) Motorcycle. Provides guidance from those with experience and provides additional insight before taking the dive into your restoration process. Hopefully I will be able to complete much of the work without sending out parts for service. Excellent book to have in your Resto Library.

Mein Mann hat sich sehr über das Buch gefreut, er ist KEIN kompletter Laie und restauriert derzeit eine AJS. Er schmökert seit Weihnachten regelmäßig in dem lt. seinen Aussagen "gut und unterhaltsam-interessant" geschriebenen englischen Buch, das auch viele praktische Hinweise und Tipps enthält. Kauftipp :-)

Good reference book. Lots of colour photos. However, the Amazon site lists it as having 320 pages. In actual fact there are only 272.

Easy to follow and up to date

The book its self is a 5 star book, great information. I bought 2 for gifts. They were so beat up, scratched, and corner damaged that I cant use as gifts. Corner damage from poor packaging, covers damaged enough that you would not buy off the shelf. Disappointing!
