Love the look, can't stand the taste from drinking out of them
At first, I thought I just needed to wash them once or twice to get any resedue of the enamel coating off the inside of the cups, but I've tried them over and over and there is this an after taste to the coffee you drink out of these cups that when I poured out of the same pot of coffee into a ceramic cup, is not present in the ceramic. I believe this to be one of two things, either this is from the enamel and it is a toxicity issue or the more logical one is that these are made of tin (or some other metal) and that is the after taste of metal. Either way, I've stopped using these cups to drink coffee out of as I cannot stand the bitterness of this added flavoring. Thing is, I LOVE THESE CUPS! I do, they look great, they are my style, they are easy to drink out of. I think I will just make them a display set up or only use them for camping purposes.

discolors.... and burns your hands...
Got these for the RV... Made 1 batch of hot chocolate and served it to the fam. Well, you have to wait until the cups are cool, they hold heat and burn little hands... Also, the red cup discolored and has a chalky exterior where the cocoa filled too. So, about half way up (room for marshmallows) everywhere the warm liquid filled too has a discoloration and made a sort of chalky film on the exterior. I have no idea why. They simply aren't worth the money...

Happy but 1 needed replacement.
Love them. The white one though needs to be replaced it had something in the inside under the enamel.Doing an Amazon replaced for that one, so I'm still happy.

I bought these to change up my coffee bar into a camping, lake theme. They are sturdy, well painted, darling, and my oldest son wants them... 37 yr old.
