We bought this product looking at the great reviews it has and now i doubt these are fake reviews.Firstly, the item was delivered used & damaged and a replacement was requested within 15 days. The second one though delivered quickly but broke off after a use (Such a bad quality it is). The worst is there is NO WARRANTY or Post Customer Sevice to replace or repair, amazon customer service were helpless as well.Wasted 1200 INR for a very poor quality product. DO NOT BUY and save your money and time!I wish i can report the manufacturer but couldnt find the contact anywhere (WIERD)

For one a used product seems to be resold to me. The mop pad is clearly used and dirty as can be seen in the photos. Spray bottle seems to have a leakage and a sealant has been applied. Extra pads and scraper as mentioned in description not supplied. Spray pump not working properly. Lever has to be operated several times before the water sprays out and the spray spread is not wide but more like a jet spray. Mop packaging has no name or address of the manufacturer and also was torn and not sealed unlike the proper packing by Amazon

It's a nice product.. But somtyms leakage in the bottle..,.. It's very light with comfy to use at ease

Worst spray mop I ever seen. This is cheap made in china product. After receiving I could not assemble it properly due to poor quality of material. Seller is not arranging pickup to return.Asking customer to send it via india post courier.Really bad.

I decided to buy this because it was reasonably priced and I can use my own cleaner. i have to say i am very pleased! It was easy to assemble and i quickly used it right away. I recommend this if you liked your old WetJet but not having to buy theirproduct.I started out using the Wetjet system, but hated having to use their floor cleaner. after awhile i ended up just using it with without their cleaner and using my cleaner on a microfiber towel. While this worked fine I didn’t like having to keep rinsing my towel and having my hands in the claiming water.However, keep in mind the handle is not made of steel and it is sturdy, but it does have limits on pressure i’m sure. I personally haven’t had an issue but some say it wasn’t very strong. I disagree. I also “pre-treat” area I think are hardened messes that may require an extra boost to clean. I just go around and spray area and then start my mopping. Like with any mop you sometimes need some extra muscle, in these cases a gently put pressure on the mop head with my foot (on my pretreated area) and it work easy. I have washed the detachable clothes and no complaints.Hope this helps in your decision!

The media could not be loaded.  It worked really well in the beginning but because I have been using it for a really long time, the spray has stopped working now. So it is of no use to me right now. The spray still works a little bit but it doesn't clean much and it is too much of a hassle for me.
